Everyday Orders
-
To place an order, simply email, text, or message me on any of my social media pages. Online ordering is coming soon!
-
Ideally, please order at least 3โ5 days in advance. More notice may be needed for larger arrangements, specific flowers or busy dates.
-
Youโre welcome to share your favourites, but specific varieties cannot always be guaranteed due to seasonality and wholesaler availability. Iโll always aim to create something with the same overall style, colour palette and feeling.
-
Every arrangement is handmade and unique. The photographs are examples of my style, so your flowers may vary depending on the season and what looks best at the flower market.
-
Yes, a handwritten message can be included with the flowers.
Cards are coming soon too! -
Trim the stems, place them in fresh water, remove any leaves below the waterline and keep the flowers away from direct sunlight, radiators and fruit. Change the water every couple of days.
-
Iโll normally ask whether there is a safe place where the flowers can be left. If not, Iโll try to leave them with a neighbour or contact the customer. Flowers will never be left somewhere unsafe or exposed to bad weather.

Sympathy Flowers
-
I create personal, natural floral tributes, including funeral sprays, wreaths, sheaves, posies and smaller arrangements for the home. Each piece is designed with care and can be tailored to reflect the person being remembered.
-
You can contact me by email, message or through the enquiry form. We can discuss the type of tribute you need, your preferred colours, any meaningful flowers and the funeral details.
-
Ideally, please allow at least five to seven days. However, I understand that this is not always possible, so please contact me and I will always try to help where I can.

-
Local delivery is available within selected areas of North Somerset for an additional charge. Collection can also be arranged.
-
Not at all. Tributes can be soft, natural, colourful, wild, delicate or more traditional. I believe funeral flowers should feel personal to the individual rather than simply following a set design.
-
Yes. Inspiration photographs are always welcome. I will use them as a guide while creating an original arrangement in my own floral style.

Yes. Flowers can be delivered directly to the funeral director, crematorium, church or another agreed location. I will need the full address, funeral time and the name of the person the tribute is for.

Each subscription includes a seasonal, hand-tied bouquet created in The Crafted Gardenโs bright, whimsical style. Every bouquet will be slightly different and designed using the best flowers available at the time.

This is up to you - most subscriptions are on a monthly basis. Your flowers will usually be prepared during the second weekend of each month, with the exact collection or delivery date confirmed in advance.
-
Youโre welcome to share any colours you love or dislike. However, specific flowers cannot always be guaranteed, as each bouquet is created around seasonality, quality and availability.
-
No, and that is part of the fun! Each month will feature a different selection of flowers, colours and textures. Occasionally, bouquets may also be inspired by a seasonal theme.
